They focus on building parts that free up power and that's what this exhaust does. If you are looking for a quite exhaust with perfect build quality this may not be for you. I'm not saying it's going to fall apart but there are other exhaust options that look pretty if that's what you want. I haven't had any problems with hitting the muffler and I'm lowered on Swift springs. There are more and more exhausts hitting the market for the EVO 10.
